Transakcija bi se trebala dovršiti do kraja tekuće godine.

Dear Customers,
McAfee recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its enterprise business to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group (STG) for $4B.[1] We anticipate this sale will close by the end of 2021, and will result in a new privately-held company that will be totally focused on enterprise business.
William Chisholm, the Managing Partner at STG was quoted in the announcement to say: “McAfee is one of the most iconic brands in enterprise security and has a reputation for innovation, quality and leadership … We are fully committed to driving the business’ strategy to be the leading device-to-cloud cybersecurity company by partnering with McAfee’s existing world-class team to continue delivering exceptional performance to enterprises and government clients globally.” Accordingly, we fully expect that the new company will remain focused to deliver next-generation Device-to-Cloud architecture, combined with actionable threat intelligence, analytics and orchestration.
